Yo! Cosplay is a company owned and operated by TTF WO LLC dba Tiny Trees. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Ordering
1.1 Custom artwork: Orders for custom artwork can be placed through our website, phone, or in-store.
1.2 Minimum Order: There may be a minimum order requirement based on the artwork size and painting location.
1.3 Personalization: You may specify your preferences for design, colors, and style. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but artist substitutions may occur based on availability.
2. Pricing
2.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
2.2 Delivery Fees: Delivery fees will be added at checkout and vary based on location. Subject to custom orders and custom painting services available only in Houston, TX and Austin, TX.
2.3 Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will match selected postal carrier's rates as is. There will not be any additional shipping and handling costs. We use shipping couriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS for domestic shipping service. We use USPS exclusively for all international shipping services.
2.4 Vendor Pricing: Pricing may be lower than online listed pricing will be provided when you shop in person with us at any of our pop-up booths. In addition to lower pricing for items, we also offer event exclusive deals. Price match post events are not guaranteed. Events itinerary will be posted on all social media platforms and on our website. Subscribe to our email newsletters to get additional updates.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash.
3.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Schedule: We strive to deliver your artwork on the specified date. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
4.2 Delivery Location: Ensure that the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information. Available only to the local Houston, TX and Austin, TX areas.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
5.2 Refund Policy: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 12 hours for a resolution. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion.
5.3 Online Sites: subject to the refund policy listed on each platform in which the purchase is made.
5.4 Items purchased at events (outside of online sources) are subject to a strict 7-days return window and cannot be exchanged or refunded online. Prompt same-day exchanges are encouraged. Buyer will be responsible for any postage related to shipping services needed to send back any defective items purchased in-person from our booths. Reach out to us with more information in regards to malfunctioning or defective products purchased in-person at our booths.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Liability: Yo! Cosplay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership: All content on our website, including images and text, is owned by Yo! Cosplay and may not be used without permission.
8. Governing Law
8.1 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Texas and California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Texas and California.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1 Modifications: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
